Makes 12 servings
« 24 of Grandpa’s meatballs baked or fried
« 12 buns or rolls - dollar buns would be a nice size
« Red sauce - jar or homemade
« Alfredo sauce - jar or homemade
« 6 T of butter or olive oil
« Parsley (optional) just for a finishing touch
Brush buns/rolls with butter/olive oil and stick under the broiler until lightly browned.
Simply spoon about 2 T of red sauce onto bottom of bun, drop on 2 heated meatballs, spoon 2 T of Alfredo on top of meatball and sprinkle with parsley for a finished look.
