MEATY RED SAUCE

Ingredients:

« 1 lbs ground beef 85% lean

« 1 -28 oz can crushed tomatoes 

« ½ of a “1 Batch Bag” 

« OR ½ cup mix from the jar (jar contains 5 - ½ cups)

**Want less kick? Just use less mix. 

Directions

Brown meat and pour off fat.  Add ¼ cup water and ¼ cup meatball spices and stir until blended over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 28 oz tomatoes, stir to blend, bring to a light boil, then simmer on med-low heat for 5 minutues. Serve.
