BAKED BREAD WITH GRANDPA'S SEASONING
« pizza crust, homemade or store-bought
« 3-4 T of olive oil
« 1/4 cup of Grandpa’s Meatball Mix
« 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
« fresh tomato thinly sliced to cover pizza in single layer (optional)
« 1-2 cups of spaghetti sauce
Spread olive oil over pizza crust with a spoon or brush. Sprinkle Grandpa’s Meatball Mix over crust. Lay tomato slices in a single later. Cover layers with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes depending on your crust and doneness preferred.
Eat with a meal or use as an appetizer and dip bread into red sauce. Now, that was easy!
EVEN EASIER VERSION:
Pour desired amount of olive oil onto a plate, sprinkle spices and parmesan over the top. Tear crusty bread into pieces, dip and enjoy!
